# List of Data Sub-Processors

> Which external parties may handle data under each deployment model, and where the contractually binding list lives.

The information below is provided as an overview. Please refer to your Data Processing Agreement for contractually binding details.

For all entries below except Cloudflare, the data is processed by xorlab software running on (virtualized) hardware of the sub-processor.

Read the table for your deployment. The SaaS table lists two entries the on-premises table
does not — the xorlab MTA and the centralized logs — because in an on-premises deployment
those run on your own infrastructure, where no sub-processor is involved. The services
themselves are described in [Data Flow Overview](/latest/data-flow-overview).
